Gay Marriage Ban Repealed

t's a decision specific to California only. The Supreme Court will refuse to hear this case. It's settled for California. Voters have a right to vote on most things. They cannot take away a right of marriage. The dissenting judge's reason to support Prop 8: "As long as gay couples are not permitted to marry, straight couples who are NOT married will stop having illegitimate children, or if they do have kids, they will get married first." Judge said this was "rational" & "legitimate."
